Serbia vs Germany and Argentina vs Greece are the two semifinals in the FIBA eWorld Cup.
Fun fact: 3 out of 4 participants in the semis were also in the eEuroleague season II Final 4 of 2K23. Luka Vujasinovic will meet Kai Schallenberg (Serbia and Germany) respectively, in a rematch Semifinal of the eEL F4, where the Crvena Zvezda eSport Gamer found the way to secure the finals ticket, but this time the teams are different and it seems that Kai Schallenberg and Germany are more in rhythm. Serbia and Luka had to fight back in the Quarterfinals vs France as they came back of a 15 points deficit to win by 3.
In the other Semifinal, the reigning Virtual Euroleague champ, Dominik Jovanov, plays with Argentina. A very minimized roster he has in store to put on the court vs the uprising Greek and gamer Iannis Koukas. Koukas on the other hand, won vs Angola and Jeremy Irvin Atienza in a direct clash for a 2K24 Virtual Euroleague ticket, as only them two and Spain (Miguel Zuazua) were remaining as best gamers, who do not have their V-EL license booked yet. The Spanish lost to Kai Schallenberg and Germany, so it was about Angola's or Greece's gamer to book the wildcard for the 2K24 Virtual Euroleague via the FIBA WorldCup. Iannis and Greece managed to hold on a short lead to win it by 3 points at the end.
