Same as per in reallife, the Virtual Euroleague will include exactly the same 18 teams.

The pro-gamers with Virtual Euroleague license selected their teams, and those who have official contracts with the respective eSports teams of the Euroleague team organizations had their teams secured. Meanwhile Jaleen Smith, who will play for Virtus Segafredo Bologna in reallife, will also defend the colours of Virtus in the Virtual Euroleague.

Last season´s reallife Euroleague MVP, Sasha Vezenkov, will continue to defend the red and white colours of Olympiacos Piraeus, although in reallife basketball he will continue his career at the Sacramento Kings in the NBA.
