Partizan signing Jaleen Smith & Fiorenzo Marani wildcard: how this affects season 2

Partizan Mozzartbet Belgrade just signed combo-guard Jaleen Smith from Virtus Bologna.

For season 1 there will be no changes and Jaleen will finish the Virtual Season 1 with Virtus, Zarko Avramovic with Partizan being able to control Jaleen Smith virtually now.

On the other hand for season 2, Jaleen Smith gets Partizan automatically as per rules.

Fiorenzo Marani gets secured spot for Euroleague season 2. The San Marinese gamer will make his return as he plays now with Reyer in EuroCup, although via rakings he was qualified for EuroLeague.

But there is one requirement: Marani has to reach at least the season 1 EuroCup Quarterfinals.

• Jaleen Smith (new player of Partizan, will play with Partizan)

• Zarko Avramovic, who as per rule, can not represent Partizan in the Virtual Euroleague no more after season 1 (rule: if a team signs or has signed a reallife player, who wants to participate with his reallife team, than the gamer with this team looses his right to play with this club).

So Avramovic would play in Euroleague if he is in top16 spots (if 17th, he has to play Do-or-die Qualifier vs finals loser of EuroCup)

What does all this with Fiorenzo Marani and Partizan signing Jaleen Smith mean for the EuroCup?
