The "Overtimehk Cup" will give lower rated players the opportunity to play vs high ranked Euroleague teams and gamers.

There will be no pots, so fully random everyone can meet everyone and also no rules to hosting (so also non-European, if they are drawn first, can be home and hosting).
The format is simple: 54 Teams, 6 overall rounds, every round is a single-game knock-outs.
As there are no pots or seeding, Euroleague can meet Euroleague, EuroCup vs EuroCup, and inter-league clashes are possible in any round.
As there are 54 teams, in the first round 10 teams/gamers get a direct bye, and will face opponents in the Second Round (Round of 32).
In Round 1, 44 teams will determine the remaining 22 teams, who will participate in the Round of 32.
From there on, there will be no byes till the end.
Planned scheduling/dates:
Draw of Round 1: Sunday, 14th April 17.00h CET live on YouTube
Round 1 games: 20/04 - 30/04
Round 2 draw: 01/05
Round 2 games: 05/05-17/05
Draw for all remaining rounds: 18/05
Round of 16 games: 19/05-31/05
Quarterfinals: 01/06-15/06
Final 4: between 20/06-30/
As next season the Virtual Euroleague will be extended into a 30 Teams Fantasy Drafted League (Euroleague/EuroCup only + Rytas, Karsiyaka, Anorthosis), there will be at least 1 wildcard to fill up the next season's VEL to the best team in the Cup, that has not clinched a VEL ticket for next season, which it makes it even more important to EuroCup teams.
But there will be still a small prize pool with prizes for winner, runner-up, and split pool for the best EuroCup teams (split if they were eliminated in same round).
The first round byes go to reallife-pros, prominent VIP's, the stakeholder of the cup and the Season 1 Euroleague and EuroCup winners, as they are by following:
Sasha Vezenkov (Kings, NBA) with Olympiacos Piraeus
Jaleen Smith (Partizan Mozartbet, Euroleague) with Partizan Mozzartbet
Bryant Dunston (Virtus Segafredo Bologna, Euroleague) with Virtus Segafredo Bologna
Zayd Muosa (Olympiacos, Euroleague, but on loan to Anorthosis), Anorthosis
Ihor Klimov (Prometey, EuroCup) with Prometey
Liaqat Ali (Stakeholder of the Overtime hk Cup, owner of @overtimehk, Pro Basketball Skills Coach) with U-BT Cluj
Viktor Vladov (main admin, owner of Virtual Euroleague Basketball, former reallife Pro) with Unicaja Malaga
Luka Vujasinovic (Euroleague season 1 champion, Serbian eSports national team captain) with Baskonia Vitoria-Gasteiz
