Cyber EuroCup standings update: Group A and Group B begin to reveal their contenders

The first major results window of the Cyber EuroCup has delivered exactly what the competition promises: sharp swings, statement wins, pressure on big names and early separation at the top of both groups.

As of 06/06/2026 we provide the Cyber EuroCup Standings Update, Group A belongs to one unbeaten leader. Hapoel Jerusalem, controlled by Mina Mladenovic, has opened with authority, moving to 4-0 with a commanding +99 point differential. In Group B, the picture is more layered, with Buducnost sitting unbeaten after one game, while Dolomiti Trento, BC Vienna, ECSO/ESB Sofia, ratiopharm Ulm and 99ers Chemnitz have all placed themselves firmly inside the early race.

Group A: Jerusalem sets the tone, Bahçeşehir and Cluj stay close

Group A has already produced a clear early benchmark. Hapoel Jerusalem has looked like the most complete team in the group so far, winning all four games and stacking victories in different ways.

The opening signal came on 01/06/26, when Jerusalem defeated Baxi Manresa 50-29. Later that same day, Mina Mladenovic’s side made an even stronger statement by beating Aris Thessaloniki 69-34, a result that still stands as one of the most emphatic scorelines of the group.

Jerusalem then added another controlled result on 03/06/26 , taking down Slask Wroclaw 58-43. The result pushed Jerusalem further clear at the top and gave the group a very clear reference point: if anyone wants to take control of Group A, they must go through the unbeaten leader.

Behind Jerusalem, Bahçeşehir Koleji, controlled by Ivan Stoynev, has built a strong 3-1 record and owns an impressive +70 differential. Bahçeşehir’s week included a 46-39 win over Veolia Towers Hamburg and a dominant 79-41 victory against Baxi Manresa. Even after a tight 51-46 loss to Reyer Venezia, Bahçeşehir remains firmly positioned as one of the group’s major early threats.

U-BT Cluj, controlled by Nikola Dimic, has also stayed in the fight. Cluj is now 3-2, and while the differential sits at -3, the record matters. The 61-36 win over Hamburg and the 59-52 victory over Reyer Venezia were important results in the middle of the table, especially in a group where every head-to-head result can quickly shift the pressure line.

For Reyer Venezia, controlled by Dimitar Stoyanov, the start has been mixed but meaningful. The EC debutant sits 1-2, yet the narrow win over Bahçeşehir shows that Reyer can hurt high-level opponents. The following loss to Cluj leaves Reyer in the chasing pack, but not out of the fight.

The latest Group A result belonged to Slask Wroclaw, controlled by Taras Volokh. After three straight defeats, Slask found its first win on 05/06/26 , defeating Baxi Manresa 63-51. It was a badly needed result for the Ukrainian controller and gave Slask a way back into the standings picture after a difficult opening stretch.

For Baxi Manresa, controlled by Martin Kirov, the pressure is already significant. After relegation from the Cyber EuroLeague, Manresa has opened the Cyber EuroCup with an 0-3 record and a -71 differential. The defeats to Jerusalem, Bahçeşehir and Slask leave no room for comfort, but the season is still early enough for a response.

Veolia Towers Hamburg, controlled by Nemanja Grujicic, is also still searching for its first win at 0-4, with a -72 differential. Hamburg has faced a difficult run and now needs a sharp reset to avoid being pulled deeper into the lower end of Group A.

At the top, Neptunas Klaipeda and Cedevita Olimpija remain unbeaten as well, with Neptunas at 3-0 and Cedevita at 1-0. Their smaller game totals keep the table open, but both are still part of the early undefeated group.

Group B: Trento surges, Vienna answers, ECSO/ESB Sofia stays dangerous

Group B has a different shape. It is tighter, more crowded and already full of teams close enough to change positions with one result.

Buducnost, controlled by Luka Lovrencic, stands first at 1-0 with a +15 differential, but the broader competitive rhythm has come from the teams with more games played.

The biggest mover has been Dolomiti Trento, controlled by Uros Drasinover. Trento sits 3-1 with a massive +69 differential, the strongest number in Group B. Its latest result was the clearest possible warning to the rest of the group: a 67-29 win over Napoli Basket on 04/06/26 . Before that, Trento had already beaten Kharkivskiy Sokoly 53-32 on 03/06/26 .

Those two wins gave Trento more than just a record. They gave the team a profile: physical, efficient, and capable of separating quickly once the game turns.

BC Vienna, controlled by Xie Yuyang, is right there as well at 3-1 with a +31 differential. Vienna’s 46-33 victory over Lietkabelis on 04/06/26 was another important result in the upper half of the table. It pushed Vienna into the leading group and put pressure on every team trying to climb from the middle.

ECSO/ESB Sofia, controlled by Viktor Vladov, has also made a strong early impression. The commissioner of the leagues and a controller relegated from the Cyber EuroLeague, Vladov has ECSO/ESB Sofia at 2-1 with a +15 differential. The week was dramatic: a 48-57 loss to 99ers Chemnitz on 02/06/26 , followed by a strong 56-40 win over ratiopharm Ulm later that same day.

That response mattered. In a group where records are packed closely together, bouncing back immediately can be just as important as the win itself.

The middle of Group B is also crowded. ratiopharm Ulm, controlled by Plamen Stoynev, and 99ers Chemnitz, controlled by Philipp Leimbach, are both 3-2. Ulm opened the window with a 45-37 win over Chemnitz, but later fell to ECSO/ESB Sofia.
