Asvel 89-92 Maccabi

Lately Maccabi has been struggling to close matches and Asvel had some losing streak after showing tremendous class to a victory of Baskonia, which was therefore their first loss.
Now Maccabi managed to close the game down the stretch, sending Asvel closer to relegation spots.
Asvel coach, Lorenzo Petrini:
"good match for both, opportunity not exploited to asvel the whole match above, sometimes even by 10 points, in the end a lot of tension for both, Maccabi's fluidity of attack made the difference, a super De Colo was not enough."
Maccabi coach, Ives Atienza:
"the game vs asvel was a very important game for me because I really needed the win to end my losing streak and to have a better record on the standings, trying to get to the playoffs directly not via Play-In.
As for the sliders i think they’re ok. I was losing lot of games but didn’t really complain about anything. I just play and try to win as much games as i could."
